Synopsis: Produced by John Wick’s Basil Iwanyk, a catastrophic infestation of deadly spiders sends an apartment building into lockdown. Trapped inside by a police-mandated quarantine, building manager Serena and her residents battle to survive as the creatures multiply by the second.
